How do I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order before it ships.
Just contact our support team with your order number.
If the package has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you can still request a return after it arrives.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

 Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Once the package is on the way, the address cannot be changed.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30‑day return window for unused products in original packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Do I need to pay for return shipping? 

If the product is defective or incorrect → We cover the return shipping
If it’s a change of mind → Customer pays return shipping

How long does it take to receive my refund? 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

What if my flashlight arrives damaged or not working? 

Contact us immediately with photos or a short video.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Can I return a used flashlight? 

Used items can be returned only if they are defective.
For non‑defective items, they must be unused and in original condition.
